Buzzeit is an AI social media content service. We generate posts, captions and images for your brand and publish them to your connected social accounts. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. Information we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, phone number and business or brand details when you register or contact us.
• Brand information — the tone, goals, audience and brand details you give us during onboarding, which we use to generate content that sounds like you.
• Social account connections — when you connect a social account, you authorise Buzzeit on that network's own screen. We store the connection reference needed to publish on your behalf. We never receive or store your Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn passwords.
• Content you create — the posts, captions, hashtags and images generated for you, and their publishing schedule.
• Usage data — IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited. This does not identify you personally.

2. How we use it

• To create, schedule and publish social media content for you.
• To show you performance analytics for posts we published.
• To process payments and provide your plan.
• To send service updates, and to respond when you contact us.
• To keep the service secure and to prevent misuse.

3. Services we share data with

We use a small number of third-party providers to run Buzzeit. They only receive what they need to perform their function:

• Zernio — our publishing provider. It delivers your posts to your connected social accounts and returns their performance data.
• Amazon Web Services (S3) — stores the images generated for your posts.
• Cashfree Payments — processes payments. Your card details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach Buzzeit's servers.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

5. Security

Your social publishing tokens are stored encrypted, payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider, and the site is served over HTTPS. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

6. Your choices

• You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• You can ask us to correct or delete it.
• You can disconnect any social account at any time from your Social accounts page, which immediately stops Buzzeit publishing to it.
